Follow Fun provides a text message-based service for event reminders, coordination details, and other informational messages related to personal events and meetings.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages from Follow Fun at any time by replying with "STOP."

Follow Fun Responsibilities:

• Message Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your text messages in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee delivery or the accuracy of the content of messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Follow Fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the service by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service; and/or (f) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
